You choose us, we don’t choose you. Thus, we would love to invite you to get to know us as we get to know you through events and activities that will allow us to show you the heart of Phi Lamb and what makes this sorority so special!

This year, our recruitment chairs are Delaney Taylor and Caroline Booth. These ladies along with the officers have been working really hard to ensure that recruitment is as enjoyable for all of you as possible! Below are some frequently asked questions regarding recruitment:

Do I have to come every night?
Nope, you are only required to come to at least one night. BUT! Each night is different so we would absolutely love to see you on as many nights as you can attend!

If I come to recruitment does that mean I have to join?
Nope, this is just your opportunity to see if Phi Lamb is where YOU  want to be! You choose us, we don’t choose you.

If I sign up/come to the introductions, does that mean I have to join?

You do not have to join if you sign up for an introduction with the officers; however, you do need to have a solid idea of whether or not you will join.

Who can come to recruitment?

Any female student currently enrolled at SMU. All ages and denominations are welcome!

How often does Phi Lamb hold recruitment?

We have recruitment once at the beginning of the spring semester.

If I pledged a Panhellenic sorority am I eligible to join Phi Lamb?
Due to the fact that both Panhellenic chapter meetings and our chapter meetings are held at the same time, you cannot join both Phi lamb and a Panhellenic sorority.
